On the basis of our customers' requests, we added the possibility of purchasing a ready-made Slovak Ltd. It can be bought by installments or even for free.

The price of the transfer is 450 EUR.

The price includes:

-Complete consultancy service
-Preparation of documents
-Securing the trade licenses
-Organization of a mass meeting
-Transfer of trade share / securities of a ready-made company
-Endorsement securities (with a joint-stock company
-Notarial fees
-Administrative fees (Trade Register)
-Registration for VAT with the tax office
 

Additional client's costs (if required):

-Administrative fees (Certificate of Trade License) min. 5 EUR / pc
-Entry and notification of changes for relevant institutions. 100 EUR
